Placing your order

• You may place your orders by mail, phone, fax, email or on our website. You may use the order form in this catalog, individual pages from this catalog or your school or library purchase order.
• Please provide a phone number and contact name with each order so we may keep you up to date on your order status.
• Include the notation “DUPLICATE ORDER” on any order form or purchase order sent to ESCO following the initial placement of the order (via phone, fax, or electronic means).

Products

• Educational Sales Co. offers over 30,000 additional books not listed on this website. If you don’t see a title you need, please contact us.
• All books listed on this website are sold new and in their original publisher bindings, or ESCObound if requested. If a listed title is in one binding but you want it in another binding, give us a call! In many cases, we have other bindings available.

Pricing

• All the books on this website are priced at a 30% discount off retail price. This is based on regular institutional orders of 25 books or more. For small orders of fewer than 25 books, a small-order surcharge of 7.5% will be added to your order total. Educational Sales Co. sells to institutions, not individuals.
• All book prices and ISBNs are set by the publishers and are subject to change without notice. Typographical pricing errors will not be honored.
• Orders shipped within Arizona are subject to a 7.8% state sales tax. Educational Sales Co. collects no sales tax for orders shipped to locations outside of Arizona.

Shipping

• Shipments will be made via UPS or Truck. Minimum shipping charge is $5.00. Freight charges will be added to your invoice. Please allow 10% of the order subtotal for shipping and handling charges.
• ESCO is pleased to offer speedy delivery of your books: shipping within 7-10 working days of the date you place your order.
  Returns
• Call ESCO for authorization before returning a product. Non-authorized returns will not be accepted.
• Books purchased from our regular stock may be returned for full credit up to six months from invoice date. They must be unprocessed, uncirculated and in resale-able condition.
• All ESCObound books are bound per order and cannot be returned unless flawed.
