Placing your order

• You may place your orders by phone (toll free) mail, fax, e-mail or on our Web site.
• Please provide a phone number and contact name with each order so we may keep you up to date on your order status.
• Educational Sales Co. sells to institutions, not individuals or home schools.

Products

• Educational Sales Co. offers tens of thousands of titles, many not listed in this catalog. If you don’t see a title you need, please contact us.
• We maintain the highest quality in our products. Most books are new. In some cases we have like-new books at an additional 15% off; they may have a stamp or sticker on them but no writing. If you request, we can fill your order with the like-new first and the balance with new stock.

Pricing

• All book prices are subject to change. Typographical pricing errors will not be honored.

Terms

• 30 days net invoice date. We offer fall billing upon request for orders shipped between April 15 and Aug. 30, 2012. Due in full by Sept. 30, 2012.
  

Shipping

• We normally ship insured via UPS or truck and shipping charges will be added to your invoice. We can accommodate rush shipments at an additional rate. Minimum charge is $8.95.
• Please verify shipment upon receipt. Check the books before marking. Call immediately with any damage or discrepancies.

Returns

• All new books are returnable for up to six months from invoice date for full credit. Like-new and used books that receive the additional discount are guaranteed for satisfaction but are non-returnable.

Sales Tax

• Only applies to shipments within Arizona. Institutions from all other states can save the sales tax on all purchases from Educational Sales Co.
